NUDe fiGURE drawing floor view

I took about 5 figure drawing classes in undergraduate college.
THis is is a nude drawing of a male model.
simple warm practices we had to due in classes.

hehe...yes, i get askd all the time...YOU DREW NUDE PEOPLE?
haha. yes i did, but i dont draw the models for jollies....

i drew them for understanding anatomy, of the human body, i drew for the understanding of the model as a figure, and how hard it was to learn porportions.

in the end, drawing skulls, and wine bottles got so boring along with the figures...we in class had the same models

WHAT WAS CHALLENGING... was going outside the class room,
and sitting in random places ....and just sketching folks walk by....i learned more trying to draw folks in daily life...than sitting in a classroom,

but....learning the human figure, takes time...it is a beautiful thing, but i find it much harder to draw animals.

that is why i love to draw animals more than anything.
i may not draw photorealistic.
but i try to challege my memory, and just draw.
